Lambrusco wine vinegar is born from the long natural maturation of Lambrusco wine aged in oak barrels.

The flavor of this vinegar is spectacular. smooth and a tad bit sweet, so i don't use it all the time, but love it in salads (i'm a vinegar and oil kinda person). I will say, the packaging for shipment this time around was not very good. I'm actually surprised the bottles weren't broken. they were wrapped in bubble but had slid out and there was no other packaging in the box. AGain, lucky it wasn't a broken mess. Please correct!
