Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed baby greens
- 4 slices prosciutto, torn into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ cup fresh figs, halved
- ¼ cup shaved Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Arlotta fig balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
- ¼ cup Arlotta kosher extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the fig balsamic vinegar, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, prosciutto, figs, and shaved Parmesan.
Step 3
Drizzle the fig balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Step 4
Serve immediately.
